I was touched when I saw a television show about a person who was so obese that they could not get out of their own bed. I have not always been on the heavier side. During my younger years, I considered myself to be at a healthy weight for my age and height. Through the years, my body changed and the fatter I got, the more people would look at me in odd ways when I would eat out. I was ashamed when I would sit down to eat in front of others. Other people did not have to tell me what was healthy or not. The stares caused me to eat differently than I wanted.

Riding on the train to work was another cause for me to be embarrassed. As my trip continued, the number of open seats disappeared. There came a time where the only seat that was available was next to me and a parent suggested that their child take it. The little girl let everyone know that there was not enough room for the both of us. My face turned a thousand shades of red.

It was becoming more and more obvious that I had a problem and could not keep denying it. My body was disgusting. I could not solve the problem by focusing on the way that I feel about being fat. The only person who caused me to have a weight problem was staring me in the mirror. I had to stop worrying about the injustices and discrimination I faced as a fat person and take control of my life by taking control of my weight first and foremost. Yes my feelings have been hurt on many occasions by people calling me names and giving me looks, but those uncomfortable situations never pushed me enough to set me in motion to do something about I, but I had to get my confidence up to where I could believe in myself and also exercise some type of self-discipline to know that I had to find some way to learn how to lose weight fast, and there was no time like the present.

I had read all of the articles about how being obese shortened my life. It is normal for people to think about what other people are saying about the way they look. People look over their shoulders and listening to what is being said behind their back. It is not easy to continually ignore the comments of others and put on a happy face for the world. The Different Astral Projection Techniques

There are a number of different astral projection techniques available for people to use to help them astral project. With every person being an individual, what works for one person will not necessarily work for another. Relaxation must be total, complete. It's essential for any of the seven techniques of astral projection to be successful. The inability to relax is caused by fear. Now all concerns and fears can be put aside to rest. Lets take a look at seven of the techniques of astral projection that are pretty easy. One that is known is the Monroe and consist of seven steps of astral projection or the seven techniques of astral projections:-

* You must relax your body and your mind. There are numerous relaxation techniques that you can use. A simple one is just deep breathing, slowly and calmly. Deep inhales and deep exhales. Relaxing all the muscles in the body one at a time by tensing them and then releasing them, starting at the toes and working your way up the body.

* Enter into the hynagogic state. This is simply the where your mind and body are bordering going to sleep. You don't want to go to sleep. You can use the gazing method to do this. Focus on an object as you lay in bed, and keep staring at it until your eyes close and you are still able to see the object.

* You see the object, your eyes are closed and now you need to move to a deeper state of relaxation. Look around, with your eyes closed and try to see other images in the room. The possibility is that you may see different and varied light patterns. The room may be clothed in a purple light, ignore it. But once you have seen the purple light, you will know you have entered a deeper state of relaxation. Completely relaxed, the awareness of your physical body will no longer be there and an important technique of astral projection, according to the Monroe.

* This step four is most important with Monroe. You have to enter the Vibration state. Several people who have been doing astral projection techniques for a long time say they feel the vibration early in the astral projection. It is thought by these people that the feel of vibration is what happens when the astral body starts to leave your physical body. Don't be alarmed, only feel these vibrations.

* Control the state of vibration. To do this focus on the vibrations and make them move through your body. Do this with your mind, you want your entire body to feel the vibrations, as if waves are washing over you. Keep practicing this until you are able to bring these waves on when you want to. Once you are able to create these waves on demand you are ready to leave the body.

* A vital component to successful astral projection and astral travel is control. Having control is that the one in power, is your mind . Monroe recommends practicing a "partial separation" to strengthen this control. Keeping mentally focused on leaving the physical body. Starting with a part of the body, like a foot or hand. Let it go the astral body. Stretching it to reach an object near you, maybe the wall, floor or another familiar object. Push your hand or foot through. After accomplishing this return your foot or hand back to the physical body Now you start to slow the vibrations and end the session. Lay down until your body has returned fully to an awakened state.

* With this step you will finally leave your body. Follow steps one through six. This time your whole body will be used, not just a foot. Move completely into your astral body. A simple adjustment to step six is required. This time you are focusing on releasing the astral body instead of one appendage. Focus on releasing the astral body Thinking how light it feels. As weightless as a cloud, you can float like a feather in a light breeze. Now the astral body should move out and away from the physical body, you feel as though you are floating, or even flying.

There are other methods that you can try, such as the Rope Technique, the Gazing Method, and the Anchor Technique. Spend sometime trying different techniques to see which will work best for you. There is an astral projection technique for everyone.

However, you should be aware that not everyone is able to astral project instantly using the above techniques and some of these require a lot of practice.

However, a shortcut is available. Because of recent developments in the field of technology, there are many audio tools which can help you.
