How To Show Psychic Knowledge

Have you ever met somebody that gave you that feeling that they just knew about you? They knew certain things about you, and as you talked to this person you couldn't help but wonder if they had some kind of psychic power? That they could maybe see directly in your mind and memories and dig out things about you that even your best friend didn't know?

It's actually pretty simple to create this effect in others. It is a method developed by Dr. Erickson, one of the most famous hypnotherapists that ever lived. He created a whole set of language pattens that you can use to easily hypnotize people on the spot and literally make them do your bidding. This particular pattern is called Mind Reading.

In order to understand how so called mind reading works, you have to understand a couple basic things about humans and human nature. One thing is that all of us are pretty much the same. We have basically the same hopes, the same fears, the same desires, and the same anxieties. The other thing to understand is that we all think we are some how "different," and that our fears and desires are somehow unique from everybody else. Maybe by a little bit, but not by much.

Most people would happily accept more money, and be pleased to receive more time off from work. We are all worried about our future to a certain degree. We all have things in our past we regret, things we wish we could have done differently. We all want to be treated with a little more respect that we get on a daily basis from the people we pass by. These are often referred to as Universal Truisms, since they are pretty much spot on for everybody that is alive.

So how do you utilize this? You mix these concepts, with a few astute situational observations, and you can easily crank out a few pretty powerful thoughts of rapport in your audience relatively rapidly. While I don't recommend utilizing these procedures to con consumers into thinking you genuinely are psychic, and get them to compensate you for a palm reading, there are individuals that do that.

However you may use several standard assertions that will generate strong feelings in your audience of connection, and make them think as if you really understand them. This can be very useful if you are usually a sales rep, and want to create some connection reasonably quickly.

Simply think about their circumstance in light of the common truths, and generate a few statements. For example, if you are a property realtor, and you are showing a residence to a young couple who are wanting to purchase their first, just think about the issues they are likely pondering. They are almost certainly concerned about the bills. They are worried about the others who live nearby. They are concerned if it's a safe community for any kids they may well have.

Just merely say a few easy, kind of hazy claims about them and what they may be considering. Identify their fears, and their hopes for the future. By doing so, they will no longer think of you as a salesperson, but as an individual that really knows their special situation, and wants to help them out. And this will do a great deal towards skyrocketing your commissions, and creating more referrals than you know what to do with.
